I copied my textures to Files\ebebank\texturesource but how do I use them? How do i see them in EBE editor and whether they must be .DDS file or they can be .PNG?

You have to change them in the ebe texture panel,if I remember right click on the texture to change it.there is a vid explaining it all put up by Lee somewhere.

They are all .dds format right now, so I am guessing that may be the only format right now.
The _S.dds texture appears to need an alpha channel in it for some reason.

So drop _D.dds, _N.dds, and _S.dds into the folded and see if you see them as a choice.

I just added a set of PNG's without a problem ....
When you right click on a texture and the texture browser opens .. just select " Show all files " and the PNG's show up.
Click on your png and its adds it to the texture sheet
