Is this possible or i have to replace the existing textures? and Is it possible to create a round shape with EBE or rounded corners ???

New textures you want to be available in the EBE must be tile able and reside in this folder.
Game Guru\Files\ebebank\texturesource

There are no rounded shapes or round corners as of yet.

One could fabricate these is a model program and then link them in the EBE editor.

By linking do you mean by using the same grid with entities? Or does the EBE have a way to parent/child entities?

You can parent link child objects to the EBE structure by holding the L key when placing an object to the EBE structure.

From the changelog.txt file:
Updated F1 help screen to show 'L + DRAG = Link Entity' functionality.

You could make round shapes but it would look like a Lego ball
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..
