Why when I try to scale or move something does tthe mesh grow an insane amount or go on vacation?
in the image below I'm trying to tweak the scale so the staircase lines up with the floor, if I click on hthe lower step in view nothing moves, if I move up to the next the scale goes insane

the map editor is only using 60 meg and totally responsive, running the level its 300 meg

scale in G mode should fix it, free flight (F) doesn't work very well.

Thanks, Its better in G mode but it can still be a bit twitchy

It be cool if you could re position, rotate and scale from the property menu to the left of any selected entity based off a central offset of 0. This would allow for precious modifications and avoid some of the wonky actions the widget can sometimes do.

I think its probably going to be the reason why I spit my dummy with GG, its not so bad now that I'm getting the scale right from Sketchup to EBE objects
