Loaded up my map 10 minutes ago after a 30 minute break and its gone haywire ...
Isometric character shadows on top of buildings ... Lava streaks over terrain ... Tried backups with same results
Anyone else suddenly has issue ?

Yes we got an update, dunno what was in it though, I do wish Lee would post a warning before issuing an update.

I don't mind ..
Its the beta build so Lee needs to just update without worries of warning everyone... but usually I see it .. This one I missed and couldn't work out what happened ...Thanks for the conformation ...At least I know its not my end

I appreciate that it's a Beta but my scripts rely on vsynch being on and every time he pushes out an update it reverts to off, can't quite understand why setup.ini has to update for every release.

Be aware that using the 'BETA' build is not recommended as I use this to push crazy versions sometimes. For the best stable 'advanced view' build, I recommend the PublicPreview build (V1.141).

If you are part of the BETA email group, I will send a notification when I need some beta testers to look at anything super new and cool

I expect updates in beta that might be broken so no worries there ... As I said I usually see them and this one caught me off guard

But yes for sure if there is something specific you need testing then that's the only time I would expect a notification ..
Other than that just do your thing

Firt run I got this screen

PublicPreview build (V1.141)

However, After the first scare I close GG, did the steam files verification, run GG again, and all is ok so far.

Not unusual on updates to have a few Glitches ... Sometimes steam installations / Updates don't sit well first time running ..
Always handy to verify after an update anyway

Yah, I remember to read your suggestion anywhere, and did it.
Thanks for the tip.
