If you create or edit an EBE stucture then mousewheel dont zoom in or out in top down view you nees to exit game guru and start again in order to fix this.

Yes, having exactly the same problem as Team wolf, mouse wheel stops zooming after EBE mode...

It's a known bug, i think he's already fixed it on the next build, for now just press G to go into top view, if scroll doesn't work, come out of top view and press G again and it should fix it, it's worked every time for me.
