From the angle it looks like your looking right up his neck so I'm guessing its a head issue once again as it probably is not textured inside. In fact I tried it and can confirm. I even tried Ragdoll off which also shows the same issue although not as bad in some cases ..Looks like Lee is going to have to take another look at the CC ..

I noticed its more on the T-shirt body rather than the other Uniforms ...

I've had some completely disappear... others had guns floating on their head... all kinds of problems. I don't really use the Character Creator, but the few times I have... I get a lot odd bugs like these. I think because I used to the CC so early on that the original characters are perhaps no longer compatible.

For the issue you're presenting, The CC builds characters off of limbs and pieces so not sure how it handles stitching. Not even sure if there can be a fix for this? My only guess would be not to use ragdoll for deaths. Though not sure if the CC animations have a death animation?

How about disabling back face culling in its fpe (i forget the command)? That way it will generate a texture in the inside of the head and although it won't fix it, it should at least hide it.

That is definitely a bug in the Character Creator, the head model (which is separate from the body model) is not geometrically capped so you get to see through the neck on some angles. I will see if I can adjust the ragdoll system so the neck cannot expose this absent geometry (rather than adding extra polygons to every head).
