I'm pretty sure I got that a while ago. But I have all of the DLC currently available on steam and some from the store now.

(edit) Double checked my steam purchase history and I purchased the premium bundle may 24th, 2015

Premium is just the base Guru + 4 packs, Buildings, Death Valley, Mega Packs 1 & 2
