Product Chat / What use have the other shaders?

i only use entity_basic.fx for static objects and character_basic.fx for animated objects.i think is the only one that supports animations.what are all the others for?

The other shaders are required to make GameGuru do what it does, but are not designed to be user customisable. Even entity_basic and character_basic are amended with every other update, so even though should be edited in a copy rather than touch the original. The above two shaders mentioned are the ones you need to associate with your entity which I suspect you already have done, the other ones are not really for end user eyes, they just contain the voodoo that pulls everything together right now.
PC SPECS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit, Intel Core i7-5930K (PASSMARK:13645), NVIDIA Geforce GTX 980 GPU (PASSMARK:9762) , 32GB RAM
