Does GG have terrain LOD to help on rendering side ?

might be good if you started your own thread,so many questions you can find the answer to on the forum.

You don't get the point, whatever i move terrain sliders to very low values, i don't see any small terrain changes, it is like LOD is not in place or not working.

Sure GG has LOD: GG is designed so it use culling instead , by splitting up the terrain in smaller pieces , so non visible terrain can simply be culled. Also GG use detail LOD so when you move your sliders GG will reduce the details depending on the distance you set. If you want to see the LOD in action , set the terrain shaders to Highest , and try to play with the LOD sliders, you can then see how the details change in the terrain.

I think this type of LOD is called node based , but who knows it keeps getting new names
