I made a little 3 day project for independence day in finland (6.12) to respect veterans, so i tought maybe i could share this here too

Talvisota: Rokka is generic first person shooter about finnish winter war where finnish soldiers fought hundreds of thousands russian invanders

in talvisota: Rokka you play as finnish corporal "Antero Rokka" who slaughtered a whole russian platoon with only his "Suomi KP" submachine gun in movie "the unknown soldier"

Talvisota: Rokka is made for respecting the veterans and the act of valor they have done for our independence in finland.

Hey Mipatsu - nice little level - like the winter scene - this demonstrates how GG puts the game creation possibilities into the hands of anyone - hats off for doing it in 3 days - loved the marching soldiers at the start!

this looks like a fun little violence-extravaganza but I feel like the specularity on the gun is a little overbearing, I also feel like you could've played a little more with ambience and surface settings to produce a more "graphically rich" look.

I'm very impressed that you managed to squeeze so many enemies in, and make such a gigantic looking level. let me ask, what is the average framerate you get in game?

With my beast i get easily 60fps ultra settings

maybe average computer would get 30fps on medium settings

and yeah, i could have played with those settings little bit more, but well i dont have time to make it perfect it was just a little thing for finnish independence day i got my main project to work on now

I will agree the spectacularity on the gun and hands is quite high. Looks quite reflective.

Its looking quite good otherwise though
