Hi all, thought I'd post this in case it is of interest. Here's an object you can use to automatically hide terrain. Just plonk it in and away you go. No real advantage to editing the properties of an existing object really, apart from you will instantly be able to see the object you have hiding the terrain. Coming back to a big map after a long time can sometimes find you struggling to find key objects

You will need to copy the script into your scriptbank as well.

Hello,

What is the command keys Lee used in the last Twitch video about 1.33 to "hide terrain". Where is a list of all commands?

Thanks

Quick help for other commands. (Attached)

@ syncromesh. Cheers. Thought I'd knock it together after seeing the Twitch.

This was the easiest way I could think of. Using the F11 options are okay, but only for testing and not for a standalone. This is for people who know they never want to see the terrain for the level or are just sick of hitting F11 each time they test it. You merely have to delete it to see the terrain as normal. I also made the image a png, so it wouldn't copy over in a standalone (or at least that used to be the case). If not, well it can be deleted afterwards as it doesn't need a texture to work, just for you to see where it is in the editor
