I have tried Prebake on all 4 settings but I am getting some entities not showing until you get nearer and some not showing at all - a bit like reducing the camera dist setting - it seems to be on the entities within the sci-fi pack in particular the glass wall panels and the crashed lunar craft - any ideas or is this a bug I need to report?

I think you could be right - I may have baked it with occlusion on - however, I can't revert back to realtime now - selecting the realtime option in the tab screen doesn't save once you come out of test mode and it reverts back to Prebake - is there a function in the set up or visuals ini that I could change? Don't see anything obvious? Or is there another way to delete the Prebake?

To remove prebake you have to start baking again and cancel it, press F1 then when it starts baking press (you should see a message telling you how to cancel) press and hold escape until it quits out of the baking, you should now be back to an empty bake and real time lighting.
