I have been developing a custom HUD script which uses the HideHuds command to turn off the standard hud, but while using F11 to display FPS it turns the standard hud on again.

Does anyone know how to stop F11 forcing the stock HUD to display?

Thanks for any input.

I've noticed pressing f11 again, hide hud.
I've used "hideallhuds=1" in setup.ini file.

But maybe you don't want to press f11 again, but prevent f11 showing huds again, if so, you can right some script to deal with;
something like :

if scancode== f11 (don't remember now the code number) then
hide huds = 1 (or something like that) I'm too lazy now (today a hard work day, I'm too tired)
end

If you need some more help to elaborate it, please let me know.

Yes I wanted to keep the F11\fps counter on screen to make a video of a game dev project I have been toying with.

It just seams weird to me that F11 Shows the HUD, but I will try your suggestion
