Remove the Prebaked map.
Start test game - Press F1 - Just before ending counting all entities (at the start of the lightmapping), press and hold ESC.
Lightmapping will abort before the real lightmapping takes place. You will now have a Realtime map, without Prebaked lighting.
Surely you will have to save this map after the action above, else the prebaked lighting will be back.
