Hey guyz just want to know, How to import Mixamo fuse character with Mixamo ready made animations... Game Guru have any plans to buy assets and characters from Mixamo.com? I think Game Guru will easily beat Unity and other gaming software. If he buy characters from Mixamo.com. Good wishes

You can't. At least not directly, you have to use external software to convert them. The easiest way to do it would be to use a piece of software called FBX2GG, you can find more info about it in the third party section of this forum.

It doesn't quite work like that. GameGuru will never have the mixamo characters and animations, there are far too many licenses involved and it would cost them far too much money. They can't just copy them off mixamo, convert them, and put them in gameguru for everyone. They would have to have a distribution license with adobe, and that will cost a small fortune.

It would be nice if they could fashion the character creator the way that fuse does theirs (morph-able body parts, skin and clothing items that are easily re-textured, etc.) In the meantime, Sulman, if you can swing the $40 for FBX2GG, it is a wonderful tool. I can kick out a decent looking fuse character to GG (with GG ready animations) in about an hour, sometimes more, depending on how much time I spend on the character. Custom animations, of course, are a little more involved, so they take a bit more time.

Adobe Fuse CC (Preview) is free for anyone with an Adobe ID. I own some software's like Facegen (which generates full body Mixamo characters) Helicopter and Jet fighter and building Assets. I had a license of Mixamo fuse But it expire. But i downloaded most of their characters. I rigged my own characters. But in Autodesk Maya 2017 they introduce Fast rigging method which is fast enough and it will replace Mixamo auto rigger. I have Motion capture sutie, Perception neuron and Brekel (my custom animations). So if its legal to share those characters which legally i downloaded with animations. Then i will share those models free with Game Guru community. I dont know if its allowed or not. But i had receipts of buying those things... Red giant suite, plugins...and etc

Age old problem with Maya is there is no Direct x exporter that have animations for it.

Anything you get out of it would have to be in FBX format and GG cannot import animated FBX yet. GG does not support morphs or procedural textures either. Rigs are very different then the standard Maya way.

There will be a few programs you will needs to send that mesh thru in order to get them into GG.

FBX2GG might be a great investment to get a character an hour into. Sounds like a lot less work.
