Yes me too and if your reading this Lee it sounds like a good compromise with the 1 update for voting board and then next one or 2 for core features and performance

That was my thought exactly, then i noticed this thread:

https://forum.game-guru.com/thread/216444

He is actually updating it regularly, but it doesn't show in the new posts because he is just editing the first post instead of replying to it.

Maybe he should actually reply to the post instead of edit it, so people can actually see at a glance there's an update.

I locked the progress thread so I could keep it as a bulletin board for when I make tweaks and inform the community of progress. Going to keep my words short and sweet for the time being, put that energy into EBE coding and core stuff
PC SPECS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit, Intel Core i7-5930K (PASSMARK:13645), NVIDIA Geforce GTX 980 GPU (PASSMARK:9762) , 32GB RAM

Actually I love the surprise of looking to see if you have added anything to the thread

If these forums are anything like pretty much all of the other forum systems out there, then as an admin you should be able to add new posts into a locked thread without actually unlocking it, if not, i'm pretty sure TN could add the feature for you

I'm liking the updates as well. I think it's gone far in pacifying the community! A couple months with no news was kinda scary!

I also like the fact its locked and just added to by Lee as he progresses..
I think us adding to his thread ( What about this ... What about that ... This would be good ... Can you add this ...etc, etc ) perhaps put him off his stride before and maybe we weren't really helping with progress.... Now he has focus without distraction and we get updates of what's going on.

However .... Don't be a total stranger Lee .... Missing your banter in other threads

indeed, it's nice to see Lee back, that's what makes the community good is that the team join in and feel just like one of us.

Since it most likely coming with santa, it'll be a nice xmas gift.
I also think progress thread should be locked, just as info.
