Recently I purchased a pack of ítems from the gameguru store,but when i go to gameguru and click on download it says "nothing to download" i already palled it and it appears on mi purchases at mi account,so why did gameguru cant download it?

That happened to me last week. It turned out I was just trying too quickly. I tried again after about 10 minutes and all was good!
Desktop: i7 4770@3.4Ghz, 12GB RAM, Win 10/64, GeForce GTX 1080, 1TB SSD, 1TB HDD; Laptop: i7 4800MQ@2.7Ghz, 16GB RAM, Win 10/64, GeForce GTX870M , 1TB SSD.

Someone posted about similar issue in new store forums, and there was apparently an internal error that should be fixed now.

So give another try

Reliquia....
