I work a longer time with 3DS Max and i want to share my 3D Models to you Ok i m not a guru in 3DSMax so pls dont hate me about my bad work, ok?

So i build a RedBull Trink for the game ... i hope i can make the texture better, now it looks like some lego game ^^

And sorry for my bad english, i´m form Germany and i don´t a good English writer.

So what you think about den Model at this moment?

Hi chenjung, welcome to forums! The model looks good (now I want a RedBull). Here are a couple suggestions that could help with the texture. I'm sure the modellers in here have some great tips, these are just my non-modeller ideas:

1) If you haven't already, you might want to try adding a Specular Image Map for the texture. It'll let the can appear more shiny and metallic. It talks a bit about it in the "Importing models into GameGuru.pdf" file you can find in your Game Guru > Docs installation directory (page 3). Usually it's located at somewhere like C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Game Guru/Docs/
Or you can search on the forums for "spec map".

2) If you try a very light brushed-metal effect on the texture, that might make it look more like it's printed on the can. Something like this http://www.vecteezy.com/vector-art/99582-brushed-metal-free-vector-texture-vol-6 could be used as an overlay with GIMP or Photoshop.

Keep up the good work!
