Blenders easy to export as .x, its built in, you just need to turn it on in the options.
If you go to the settings in the main menu, switch to the tab where you choose add ons, under the Import/export section is an option to export .x, enable that and .x will now show on the export list.
When you export make sure you're in object mode with the object selected or you end up with a blank model.
