Ohh, just before Christmas, i hope it is a lot better now.
Had this happen years ago, the dentist was not able to extract my wisdom tooth, even after dividing it in two parts, after 1 and a halve hour he said that he would get me an appointment at the hospital so a surgeon would do it by removing some jawbone.
Well, i've waited a week before i had an appointment and so relieved when the torpor started to work.
About the cores, there is no application running in the background, but the antivirus of course is active.
And of course the input, mouse and keyboard, usage of harddrive and memory, i don't know if there is an application to see which core does what.
