Free Models and Media / Help with model importing to game guru.

Hi guys I tried to importing some models to game guru by using the tutorial, some of them pass with the textures and some are not like this taxi model

maybe you guys can test it and help me to import it right this specific model is important to my project, as you can see some texture are missing

You say for your project ...You realise this is a " NonCommercial " model going by the licence .
Its personal use only
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

I know it, its personal project not for selling, at this time I trying things in game guru, designing environments not for selling,

Nothing really ... The problem is it looks like a sketchup model ...
Sketchup exports materials used in a model but not the palette colours ...
Yellow for example isn't a material its been coloured in in the program..

Unless you retexture the coloured areas that don't use materials there's not a lot you can do

It appears to have to many textures. Only the first 6 will function proper.
In a paint program, combine some of these textures into a texture sheet up to 4096 x 4096.

In a model program Move the UV islands to the new position on the combined textures. Re export and you should see the whole model textured.

If you can get it all into one sheet, then you can take advantage of normal and specular mapping and the shader provided in Game Guru. Making it stand out more.

For Example ... I replaced the yellow colour painted in sketchup with a material ..
But you would almost have to start from scratch ....
Only the lights, seats and trim are actually textures ...The rest are just colours.

The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..
