Been waiting for this for a long time. Not long now, hopefully, until this game-changer (pun intended) is unleashed.

Couldn't resist producing the attached.

In general it seems okay, you can make a building nice and quick. A few issues to sort out before release though, me thinks. Nothing major, but that's what beta testing is for!

I think once the bugs are sorted out, getting "under the hood" with it will offer much more capabilities than it has right now. Some desirable features are missing, and perhaps those will be sorted out, but overall, I think it will be good. As has been said ad infinitum, it is not meant to replace modeling software. I should be able to make some use of it and look forward to doing so, but more so than that I just hope the bugs get sorted quickly and we can move on down the list of features (bigger and better things). I saw Lee is now on vacation, and that is well deserved! Overall, nice job!

Still in the early stages. Some things you have to get used to.
But the Building brushes are easily changeable and you can build you own library of stuff rather quickly by opening the .pfb file in a text editor and changing the 0's and 1's. Great for non model people.

Nice work Myke! I did that, too, but I didn't get quite that elaborate for my first try, I just made a larger window, lol. You're going Picasso and I'm using crayons, lol!

Thanks.

Will be interesting to see where this goes. The depth does not seem to be working completely. But I could see some tunnels and stuff being built real easy.
Will be playing with the settings some more and see what can be created.

That is the best news. Maybe if I have more insight in this, I can create a brush creator
My dream is to develope games, which makes fun when I create it and fun when other people play it.

Looking good! I had a quick read of the Beta testers forum too. Seems there are a few issues.

What's about textures, can you've your owns too?
Can you use gizmo?
Can you add your own meshes?
If so, does it will be merged with the rest, as standalone item?
(I meant in this beta).

I'm curious how GG managed to generate .pfb file from customized meshes.

Anyway I'm going to wait for next coming.

look in the ebebank/_builder folder.
The brushes are editable in a text editor by replacing the 0's and 1's.
0 for no piece and 1 for a piece to be there.
Define the dimensions above for the size you need. Depth does not seem to work completely yet. Give them a new brush name for later use.

To change the textures, edit the .png and .dds files to what you want. I am guessing that there is only one texture pallet right now.

Thanks Mike!
I'll wait the next build (v1.14) to give a try.

So, I'll do several palletes in a differents folders, so I can jump from one to another when nedded, without edit any file.

I wonder if there could be a more visual way to edit the binary matrixes. Right now it is powerful but quite hard to visualise.
