I finally decided to try my hand and selling some models in the store. I have everything filled out and I'm getting the message " you did not upload thumbnail or larger image, try again. " I made the thumbnail and the larger image so i don't get why I'm getting this error. I've tried using different pictures for the thumbnail and large image but I still get the same error.Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks

I seem to have gotten past this error but then immediately got this one. Everything is packed as specified by the guidelines so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. help!

Make some folder named "entitybank" and place all the files there.

well done:
entitybank/fidge.bmp
entitybank/fidge.x
entitybank/fidge.fpe
entitybank/fidge_D.dds, etc.

bad done:
entitybank/fidge/fidge.bmp, and so on.

Thanks 3com, I guess I was assuming they needed packed in a folder with the name of the object and that's what got me. Everything is good now! Thank you very much

I had one more question and all the threads on a similar subject are locked. I have a record player model that also has an audio file and a script. How do package this up? I put the entity bank audio bank and script bank folders inside a file called files but that got rejected so I'm not sure exactly how to upload this. Any help would be appreciated

thanks for the help. I did look at the upload guide, it tells you how to package them individually but not as a package (unless I missed something)
So if I understand you correctly I was doing everything correct except for putting it in the files folder.
i zip the folders together but separate into one zip file?
