How do you stop the mouse from moving the view is third-person mode?

As with your other post above ...same result really ... We need more camera settings and ability to lock the mouse ...
Until we get the Third Person at the top of the votes you cant play from angles

I asked about this ages ago. It was mentioned in a GG livestream. Lee said he'd look into it if enough people asked for it (5 or 6 people was the number mentioned). Seems I was the only person interested at the time. The ability to lock the camera from the user altogether would be useful for lots of things. In my case it was a side scrolling platform game but obviously there are lots of uses. Pity it didn't get taken up as I have now lost interest in the game I was making and generally, once a game idea has been dead for awhile I never go back to it and it was actually looking quite good.

Third person cam control would be useful for GG, at the moment it's still more or less a fps game maker...

I also asked about this when I made my original platform demo ...and that was over a year ago .. He told me it would be implemented with third person for all characters or platform games when at the top of voting.

I suppose when third person reaches the top of the voting board it will be given a real good seeing too.

Yes, it would be an awesome extension for GG, maybe 2018 or 19....

A lot quicker than that I hope ....
Once the EBE and AI are done which are the big tasks I'm hoping Lee can breeze through the rest

I have not worked with third person in depth, so I have a question.
I can get an isometric view with this scene?
If so, how?
I know I should play with the parameters in third person properties panel, but what must change to get an isometric view, in this scene? (if possible).

I need to play my game of chess.

Thanks i advance for all feedbacks.
