I think you can disable the messagebox by going to the settings.ini file and changing the setting lowfpswarning=1 to 0.

(I do not know the exact setting, but I should be close)

Doesn't work m8 Lee's fixing it it just happened while testing and crashed the PC so i had a little rant, then thought better of it lol
