The problem is, TGC don't actually own all of the model packs, quite a few of them were created by the community and sold on the TGC store on their behalf, only the people who created them have the rights to convert and redistribute them for GameGuru. The ones that TGC created themselves are being given away for free, as well as a few packs that the creators have given permission for. All the rest of the old packs aren't available because either the creators have not given permission, or the creators aren't around any more to get permission from. It's a shame but there's very little can be done about it.
