Hi, I was wondering how the Cel shaded style had been done on the cartoon models, as I can't really seem to find anyhere that tells you how to do this .

Thanks.

Just a quick tip, if you are using Blender 2.7 or higher you might notice that the step where you flip normal doesn't seem to work, and it stays black, this is because of a change in one of the default settings in one of the builds after 2.7

To fix it, after flipping the normal, with all the faces still selected on the black object, press N to bring up the menu, and scroll down to Shading, in that section there is a tick box for Backface Culling, tick that box and your black object should show the texture, at this point you can continue on with the scaling etc in the video.

You're welcome, glad I could help.

If you're using Blender, I highly recommend watching all of JForth's videos (He's on the forum here as Unfamillia), they're very informative, along with a key bind tutorial I watched first his videos were literally how I learnt how to use the basics of Blender, with his help I went from only ever watching one Blender video to making my first store models in under a month.

I think the nomad mod allows a cellshade shader application as well.
