As far as I know you can only change the default speed in the player properties panel. No lua commands for that yet, pity, as it would add more in the way of making your game unique. Allowing for upgrades to your speed and endurance for one and allowing you to change speed accordingly. I have asked a few times in posts for it, but so far we are yet to see it. The only way, would be to take over player control directly, which although I know can be done to a degree, certainly not ideal.

actually i can not find it anywhere. i just want a fixed "shift" speed. I can only change the walk speed from the normal player properties panel.

Thank You very much for your answer.

Interestingly, I was just looking at the setup.ini and found this - enableplrspeedmods=0

No idea what it means, perhaps Lee or Ravey could answer this one? I'm thinking it's either old legacy stuff, or more interestingly new stuff yet to be included. Or just something I have never spotted before. I'd prefer lua commands, but this may be an answer in the meantime if anyone can elaborate.

I don't recall seeing that before, either, but it may have been there the whole time, or like you said, it may be something yet to be included, like riftmode was. (I just noticed riftmode isn't there anymore. I hope that doesn't mean they've abandoned the idea. It would be a shame, since the technology is finally coming to consumers. In fact, the promise of that was among many reasons I signed on to support Reloaded! I would have continued with UE4)

This has to do with when carrying bigger weapons it slows the player down.
Change it to 1 and place an RPG and a colt 911 on the map and collect them and switch between them.

Notice the speed slowdown while carrying the RPG weapon verses the colt.
