I've been dabbling in Wings 3D to create my own entities. Lately I've been trying to create buildings and using the simpler approach of baking building textures onto large cubes rather than creating actual building models on Wings just to help get my first game off the ground.

But when I add the textures on the Import Model option, the textures always stretch out to large sized. Pictured below is my attempt to make a large brick tower. As you can see the bricks do not appear the same size and pattern as the image in the top left corner.

Is there a way to correct this on GG? I have Gimp but if I can avoid having to use it for just this it would be helpful as I haven't learned it yet.

Thanks!

What that is showing you is that your model is about 1 ft tall. The checkered image there is the size of a normal character in Game Guru.

You will have to scale your model up, then choose Tools/Bounding Box/ Save bounding box.

Save the milkshape project file, then.

Re export your model and try it again in Game Guru.
