Awesome! They work quite nicely too. What did you have to do to get them working without having the mesh fly all over the place off the bones?

I can add this to the Sci-Fi Collection? Going to include a credits list for contributors. Thanks so much for this it saves me a lot of time and I can start focusing on the segements.

I've added an illumination map for the eyes and chest. Imagine bumping into one of these bad boys at night now...

It only works when you set the entity shader to highest in GG, I noticed. I then dropped the surface light down. If you drop the ambient light to low they actually stop illuminating -- odd. In the attachment is the simple DDS illumination file for the AI character.

Great work Super Clark, and nice release for the community. Also nice work Teabone on making the adjustments, looks good.

@MXS, I am also interested on your approach. Would love to see a tutorial on the forums. Many of us have had success with some conversion, however some of the packs done by 3rd party contain issues, even via short or long conversion process's. Hope you will think about it

Not sure, as I figured ambient light would be good for nighttime scenes. But if you drop it too far, the objects with "light" dim.

The character shader handles the Illumination a bit different then the entity_basic shader. (mostly not as bright)

So it may be possible due to ambient light that the glow fades out completely.

Would have to open the entity_basic shader and the character shader and find the Illuminations parts and compare them.
It may have something to do with the bone matrix being used in the character shader.

Not a shader expert thou.

I changed to entity_basic.fx, Here's the results. Dark, Darker, and Darkest. Notice that the lights still illuminate.
