Hello everyone! I'm sorry to be asking this, but what happened to all the FPS Creator asset downloads that I've purchased over the years. Using BOTR's Weapon Welder tool I can import most (If not all) of the model pack 9 and 10 weapons and add on weapons into Game Guru, and a lot of them work! Just most need some gunspec tweaking. Anyway I was able to download the X9 assets last week and last night the download links were gone. Any help? (I didn't put this in the bug reports board because it isn't a problem with the software).

I was talking about the extra content that I have purchased. There are some weapons that never were released in a model pack.

Click on the green help button to the left.
Explain what has happened and inquire on how to be able to get this content back.
If it was from the old Classic store I am checking on where this went to.

Goto this link.
https://en.tgcstore.net/purchases

Scroll to the date when you purchased this stuff in the classic store.
See if your items are there.

Yeah I had one other account, but I hardly bought anything on it. Appreciate the help by the way!

Here is a screenshot of what the purchase looks like. No download link, just the license.

You are welcome.

See if you can log into that one or provide it to Help support, so they may be able to combine them.

It is evening where the store admin is now, so this may not get resolved for you until the morning for them.

I already posted yesterday via the Help link. Should I just wait a bit?

Send another if you think you used multiple accounts in the past.
That way they can see if that is where the other items went.
