You could do this with LUA scripting, but not with the current scripts built into GameGuru. We would also need some extra LUA physics commands if you wanted true physics with the throw. Also detecting what the entity hit would also be a little tricky and would need to be hacked in with some entity loop detection based on proximity. The short answer is that GameGuru cannot do that without fiendish scripting right now.
