I make quite a lot of models with Blender and quite a few never get used so I am going to use this thread to upload models I will be giving away.

Edit September 2016.
Due to someone putting some of my models on a another site and claiming them as their own I have been forced to add this agreement.

All the models in this thread were created by me (Robert Hindle), they are free to use in GameGuru games only, you don't have to give me credit although it would be nice. DO NOT alter them, DO NOT upload them to any other site for download and DO NOT claim them as your own models.

First up some beach houses I made for =VX=Doggy, these started as one house model I was making for Reloaded, there are four of them and an animated door, each one has it's own skin texture but you can use any texture with any model apart from the door which uses the first texture because it has an extra part for the handle.

I have corrected a couple of small errors with the originals and the new ones can be downloaded further down this thread (post 16)

You're welcome, I'm glad someone will make use of them, I was part way through making the original when Reloaded became GameGuru which meant the game it was intended for was no longer viable.

To anyone who downloaded the Beach houses, a couple of them had an error around the external door frames, there were gaps so I have corrected them and uploaded the new ones here, if you have already used them just replace the originals with these, sorry about that.

I was asked if I had a beach house with a deck so I made this. If you have the others just copy the files from this one into the original folder.

Now we have a deck we may as well have some furniture for it. These 4 models use the same texture as the first beach house so if you put them in the same folder there is no need to copy the texture file to it.

A matching jetty, it also uses the same texture as the first Beach House so if you put the extracted files in the same folder there is no need to copy the texture.

Edit:- when testing the lighthouse model I noticed a little problem with the jetty, I hadn't merged a few mesh seams which showed up as lines when viewed from certain angles, I have corrected it and re-uploaded so if you downloaded it before 28th March you may want to swap for the new file in this post.

Slim laptop, it has my desktop on it but if you want to add your own just screen capture yours, re-size it to 425x255 then flip it to the same orientation as in the texture file, lastly grab it as a brush and paste it over mine.

Thanks for the compliments guys, here's an Easter gift I made today. A lighthouse with an internal spiral staircase so you can get to the top, there are 2 textures included so you can have it red striped or plain white.

Edit- I had a request for an animated door to fit the Lighthouse which meant editing the original model, the Lighthouse and door files can now be downloaded 3 posts down this thread

I had a request for a door to fit the Lighthouse so here it is, it is animated and uses the same texture as the Lighthouse. I have also modified the Lighthouse model to include a door frame so if you already have the original lighthouse the door out of this pack won't fit, this file includes the animated door, new Lighthouse model and slightly modified textures.

Wow what nice models you have made.
One down side for me as also made a jetty kit that will be my first kit for sale in the store
Just hope I make some sales lol
AnywY you seem to be a good artist with a community heart like many others here that make and give good qualty items for nothing, Bravo and I admire that.
I would say your textures are to clean and need more of a natural look instead of a crisp cad look for games,
I'm not picking bones so to speak just offering my thought of how natural items look in life, if you km
Now what I mean,
So don't take offence to my words, its only a feed back.
Can't wait to see more of your talent .
And thank you for sharing your models , they are great

The request was for something like this, looks pretty clean to me. If you look at my WIP thread you will notice the models I am making for that are not too clean.

Raised Helipad, another of those models I was making for a different project which never got used, I decided to finish it and make it GameGuru ready for anyone who may make use of it.

Note:- The "H" is on a transparent overlay so if you want to use it as a platform without it just open the texture file in your paint package and paint over the H and circle with an Alpha brush.

A couple of Victorian style lamps, they both use the same texture and I have also included an illumination ( _i.dds ) texture for the bulb.
