Free Models and Media / error on showing cloth animated curtains

I'm managing with some basic cloths into Gg and i'm trying to import a generic animated curtai..

animation works fine but i have strnge issues with model visualization since when i go aaway from the curtain of modify my watching angle he curatin disappear..

Try turning your occlusion slider down to 0 and se if that helps.

If that works then I think you can fix it by putting the following in the FPE:

notanoccluder = 1

i7, NV960 4GB, 16GB memory, 2x 4TB Hybrid, Win10.
i5 , AMD 6770 1GB, 8GB memory, 512GB Generic SATAIII + 2TB Seagate Baracuda SATAIII, Win7.
i3, Radeon integrated graphics, 4GB memory, 512gB Generic SATAII, Win8.1.
Q6600, Intel integrated graphics, 2GB memory, 180GB Generic SATAII, WinXP.

yes belidos... thanks for your reply...

the issue is related to occlusion since i turned my occlusion to 0 and the issue gone.. but i have setted notanoccluder = 1 yet in my fpe file with no results


tried with notanoccluder = 0 but it's the same.. with occlusion on the enetity disappear again...

Yeah it's a common issue with animated objects in gameguru, I have no idea how to fix it, I have a feeling it's something to do with scaling in the FPE and origin points of the model, but i'm not sure.

Maybe someone else knows?

Does the model have LOD?

I had not seen LOD in fpe, anyway that does not meant it does not have.
As far as I know, that's the typical LOD behavior.

Another one would be the non 2-sides mesh, the mesh need 2 sides (back and front), if you want to see it from differents angles, sides. That usually happens with non 2-sides mesh, if so, perhaps you'll need a shelled flag.
