You can put pretty much any texture on this so make your own flags.

Lafette II, I will try your animated texture on it, it should work ok which means a vertex animation with animated texture such as flames on a laughing skull etc. Might be interesting

Animated texture works pretty well so here is a pirate flag with burning skull. nothing great, I would need to balance out the diffuse background with the flaming overlay to make it work 100%, but still pretty cool.
