Great stuff. I was thinking of animating one of my guillotines but now you have done such a great job I guess I will not bother .

As a suggestion how about a second model that automatically operates as the player approaches so the player is not the executioner. Perhaps turn it in to a puzzle - save the condemned man?

Should be easy enough to change in the script, should be able to swap out the line that activates it by a key press and change it for a player distance check.
