I have a question with respect to the screen resolution. In map-editor has the resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. If I now generating a standalone game, then I have a completely different resolution. Can I customize the setup.ini?

As far as I know the screen resolution of the standalone game will automatically be whatever resolution the person playing it has set on their PC.

If you're doing custom loading/menu screens, remember to make the images for each resolution too. Those are located in ( ../Game Guru/Files/titlebank/ ) , copy one of the folders, rename it to something like YOUR-STYLE, and then change the text in style.txt to "YOUR-STYLE" or whatever you've named the folder.

I ended up making 40 images overall for my test game. It's best to start with the largest resolution (1920x1080) and then downsize and crop as needed for the other ones

Yes, that is correct, change the graphics for all the sizes there.

Game Guru checks the users screen resolution and adjusts itself to that. So having all the resolutions customized is your best bet.

Make your largest ones first, then scale them down to the other sizes.

Ok I understand that. The default folder but all sizes of images, even 1920x1080. Why does not he accepts because the game resolution? When I start the game in the map editor, then I have 1920x1080 pixel. Only in the standalone version does not.

In the setup.ini file in the root of the stand alone build. Open it in notepad, and try messing with these settings.

fullscreen=0
width=-1
height=-1
depth=32
aspectratio=1

Define and height and a width and see if that keeps the resolution you desire in the stand alone.

More options will be introduced when the save load features are completed.

I entered now values the following :

width = 1920
height = 1080

but I have the feeling that the actual generated by GG resolution is lower . The quality of the panels and of the game corresponds not full hd . It seems to me , as if everything is trekked . The panels are displayed full screen , but are not quality in hd .
