you can go one step up from 358.50 to 358.91 without causing the problem but i have contacted lee and informed him that nvidia's latest has still not fixed this ( nor for other odd games )

Lee is now looking into this as urgent from his end to see if he can rectify this issue via GameGuru..
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

I have fixed this for build 113 to be released soon. The issue was related to the shader constants for dynamic lights that would be filled with garbage values with the latest drivers. Adding some dynamic lights solves the issue for 112 and below, but the next update will solve it for you
