Product Purchases dont show up

Hello,

I read about:

"Scheduled TGC Web Services Downtime
Downtime has been scheduled for 2016-01-18 09:00:00 GMT, all TGC services will be severely affected. For more info please read this thread"

Now I logged into my account (Linked to my Steam Account) and all Purchases I ever made are gone.
"Already own" doest show up any more at any product.
Also my conversations are gone.

Is this issue just realted to the Services Downtime?
And so, just a question of time to be solved?

Might someone know help? That would be great.

I would check in 12 more hours, to be sure that everything on the new servers took.

In the mean time I would not erase anything.
