Hi Game Guru Community !
I work on a scipt and i want to create a window like here :

But i didn't find the command
so, what is the command for create a window ? Thanks !

Panel(x1,y1,x2,y2)
x and y are % of the screen
so
Panel(0,0,100,100)
will cover the entire screen
life\'s one big game

windows vista ultimate

i5 @3.3ghz, 4gb ram, AMD R9 200 series , directx 11
