This usually indicates an update. Now if you modify any of the FPE files, then the store considers them out of date, and re downloads them for you.
So if the later is the case and you need to make changes to downloaded media or even stock media. I would bring a copy of them to another folder for use. Change the FPE files and textures as you need, then any updates wont over write your hard work on customizing these.
