Does notanoccluder = 1 mean that it is not supposed to be included in the Occluder.

It prevents the entity from occluding other entity's, a good example is foliage like bushes or fences and windows etc, which have a lot of transparency. The transparent areas will occlude objects behind which isn't ideal so use it in such objects fpe
