hey I don't know if this is a thing but how do i sell a muityplayer game or at list make it so i dont have to use game guru open to host my game

This is not possible at the moment as Steam and Game Guru are required to play a Multi Player game.
This is a feature that is on the voting page and I suspect will be down the line a ways.
