is there a way to make your player move fasters enable it and then disable it when u need to

Go to \entitibank\_markers\Player Start.fpe and write (use notepad to edit file) there "speed = 150" or what speed do you need.
Don't know if you can enable-disable that speed.
Look at "Player Start.fpe" example here:

No it's not possible via scripting yet unless you do some form of transport to ifused "hack"

No need to edit any files, you can change the speed in the properties of the player start marker.

@ Smallg. I thought of that but it sounds ropey lol, all sorts of collision and AI issues could rear up trying that out. I'm amazed such a simple option hasn't been added yet. It is only using a value already used by GG and easily changeable code wise. Guess we will have to wait for lua to get voted up before we can dynamically alter these sort of things. It will make a big difference to game play options.


SPECS: Q6600 CPU. Nvidia 660GTX. 8 Gig Memory. Win 7.
