Purchase the item, stay logged into the store.
Open GameGuru, then go to file/download store items.
Press the download button after it scans for objects.

They will be in the purchased folder in the library when completed.

they are simply normal models but more like boxes with textures on... you can't go in them or anything, they are called "background buildings" simply because that's what you're supposed to use them for... placing in the background, you do not replace the skybox or anything, just place them like normal
