I noticed that TGC uses twitch to stream tutorials. There is a new service offered by Youtube, which I only just discovered today, which might also be useful to check out:

It should work really well with your Youtube Channel as it would let all your subscribers know your going live. I find at times its hard to drive everyone to twitch. But then again I'm not an extreme game streaming type. I will however give this service a go sometime soon that I have reached nearly 500 subscribers. I think TGC should consider as well
