Hi xenoblackinc,

What features do you want in the advanced ai script?

I am writing an "ai script" at the moment, but its going to be a couple of weeks until i can get back to it, to finish it and test it out.

Maybe i can included what features you are after as well..

The script i am writing is for the soldiers and any other characters, that are made with the character creator.

I would like my ally's to follow me and attack enemies, definitely be able to take cover and use health items. I would like them to be able to have random conversations and when they spot an enemy say something. That would be real cool. I know I'm asking for a lot but it would be nice. I'm willing to pay for the script or a custom script. I'm trying to learn lua and it's a little had. Can we add a new global tag?

Hi xenoblackinc,

Allies will take a lot of work for me, so I wont be able to help you do that one.
Once a few more lua commands become available, it might be worth a look.
I think allies is on the voting board as well so it will be done by the devs one day.
My script is aimed at solo sniper / shooting in single player and multiplayer.

fill me in on your script. can you make this script say i have a perfect barrel i shoot it it changes to a damaged barrel thats leaking oil then it explodes and leaves final mesh with a smoke decal in the scene for sometime and disappears. basically a damage over time script.
