Hello everyone !

I continue with little realistic Decal free!

Above all: you can find it Decal Fog 16 frames for Night Forest Realistic (V1.0) this place: https://forum.game-guru.com/thread/212990

To complete the game you can also download the new Decal that this time is a Decal to surface close to the ground!

Small overview of how the Decal and positioning of it in your forest:

Placement (you must raise the Decal!):

And this is what gives her :

WARNING: This is a Decal 64 frames!
By consequent you absolutely must have Shader FX called "effect_animate8.fx" in "Files \ effectbank \ reloaded"
If you have at least the version 1.01.003 GameGuru you should have this Shader FX

Unzip the ZIP archive in "Files \ entitybank \" or if you already download Decal Fog 16 frames can be placed in the "Files \ entitybank \ FogDecal \"

You must have ~ 70 MB free on your hard drive!

Enjoy !

I have it now, STEAM had to re download it.

Can I ask after playing with it, it is a "Flat" Decal as I can not seem to get the effect you have in the pics, as you walk through it the hugs gaps stand out.

Very nice effect tho, can I ask what software you are using?

Hi,

Here's a video demonstration on positioning the Fog Decal 16 frames and 64 frames Ground Fog Decal and configuring an in GameGuru maps to create the perfect ambience ^^

Unfortunately Decals are classic and not volume; this should happen in a few months (in Program Features )

Hope it will help you

GG needs a particle system badly. Decals are only good for flat objects. Nice work though. The best way to use decal fog is to lay your decal flat on the ground around knee high to your character. Do that for thick fog around the legs and then use your regular gg fog for higher fog. At least thats how we did it in Free World when I was a DEV.

Thank you !

To avoid seeing the decals are too flat you can try to consolidate as a triangle
His should hide the problem can (see image attached).

As you can see there are fewer edges of Decal when you look left or right.
This solves the problems pending volumetric Decals ^^
