Feature Creep / Support for multiple Panel graphics

Say you had more then one panels folder in the hud folder.
You could specific which panel graphics it is that you want to use.
letting you have different panel graphics on screen at the same time.

Panel (80,13,95,60) -- use graphics from the default 'panels' folder.
and
Panel (001,80,13,95,60) -- would use graphics from the 'panels 001' folder.
or something like that.

That would give us more options with graphics and menus, etc
and it would save you from renaming file folders.
