So I've started making a Level and Thought I would test it out with the Packer. Everything seemed to work and load fine but Once I'm in there's no Sound what so ever, I've checked the Settings in the Menu and My Sound Device but nothing. I've tested the Game without Packing it and the Sound is fine.

Any thoughts?

I only tested it with a bare bones map but the game sounds (jumping, walking) were there. Hmm, guess I'll leave this alone if it could cause issues on some systems.

Not that I'm aware of. I keep meaning to add to the wish list that we need more encryption included in GG (mostly the mapbank files and custom scripts).

That's one thing I don't understand why they don't include one Built into the Engine, It would be so much Faster and Quicker.

I just added the following to the Feature Vote suggestions: "Expand the encryption capabilities so that everything in the scriptbank and mapbank folders are included as well as images and objects."

This product does work.

You need to have your stand alone build and the vishnu files in the same folder.

That way when you drag the folder to the App, the will be no errors. And then choose non FPSC game.

Thanks again s4real.

Thank you, I've just tried packing my Game with Version 9.3 but I get an Error saying "An Error occurred when creating the output file."

I've tried packing with Non-FPSC and FPSC but I still get the same Error.

I'm going to give Vishnu packer extra a shot and Report back.

Edit: I've just tried Vishnu packer extra and I get the same Error as it's loading.

Any Ideas?

That's what I'm doing but I still get the Error.

Edit: I've tried with the Files inside the folder and inside another one, I still get the Error. :/

Put the vishnu files up in the mygames folder, so you can drag the lost folder to it when asked.
Press Non FPSC game to start the encryption.

Are you using some of the Valuable Assets Free media?
If so then check this folder in the build files for:
C:\Users\YourProfile\Documents\Game Guru Files\My Games\YourBuildFolderName\Files\entitybank\purchased\valuable assets\valuable assets 2014 free collection.

Under the subfolders there there may be a folder called program files (x86)
Delete this folder and its contents from each of the sub folders.

Then try Vishnu again, and it will probably work.

Dont know why the standalone is adding these files to this specific media, but this will be the second one fixed with vishnu if this works for you.

If you follow that step above as Myke said, it will work, as that is what I had in my valuable assets folders.

That Worked!

Thank you so much, Just as Simple as that then.

Great Work Guys!

Edit: Is there a way to just jump right into the game once I press Launch game? Because I don't want the Main Menu to Appear.

Not sure, Would have to PM s4real for that info. I will reread the instructions and see if it is listed there.

best s4real"

Still not work well: force me to set one password for build game, and after it's build
is appear the vishnu icon on the my executable game, not my own executable game icon then, after loading if I click to "PLAY" button... nothing's happen.

I am finding that the vishnu installer did not want to run when I had Skype, Steam and Firefox open from a users test build. Shutting down these apps, then Vishnu worked flawlessly.

As far as changing the icon for the build game, the one I see here has the GameGuru logo showing for the executable. So the must be a way inside in a setting or just change it afterwards. I will have to check on that one.

Maybe s4real will chime in on it.

I've found the "folder called program files (x86)" in my finished built game (even those folders were empty),
but after I've erased those folders the game doesn't start anymore.
So, isn't a good idea to erase it... see the picture attached please.
P.S. I don't know why the GG STILL doesn't catch all entities from a map when that map it's "Save as Standalone Game",
and why appear that "program files (x86)" with an empty sub folders.... and much more "why's" for the GG dev's.
I am very disappointing for the moment...

The Vishnu working (I've used the "Vishnu Packer Extra v2.9") !
Before use it, you must erase the "Guru-Game.log" from your finished game folder !
Go to: your Documents\Game Guru Files\My Games\your game name folder !!!
